There is No requirement for the Application Fee by the Shanghai Scholarship. And also there are No Such English Language Requirements. You can apply to study in China without IELTS requirements۔

Eligibility Criteria For Shanghai Government Scholarships

Interested candidates must fulfill the eligibility Criteria for Shanghai Government Scholarships, which are given below:

All International students are eligible.
All the Candidates must be non-Chinese citizens.
Applicants must be in good health.
Applicants must have a high school diploma for the pre-college program and be under 23.
Applicants must have a high school diploma for the bachelor’s degree program and be under 25.
