Eligibility Criteria for Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships

To be eligible for a fully funded scholarship in Canada you need to fulfill all the requirements given below:

Required language: English is a required language.
Eligible Countries: The people who already live in Canada, citizens of Canada, and foreign citizens
You must have earned your first doctoral degree (including a joint undergraduate/graduate research program such as MD/PhD, DVM/PhD, or JD/PhD – if it has a research and substantive component). Note that only the Ph.D. part of the joint degree is eligible for funding.
You must not have completed more than 20 months of doctoral studies.
You must only be nominated by a Canadian institution, which must have obtained a Vanier CGS quota
Candidates must intend to pursue full-time doctoral (or joint graduate programs such as MD/PhD, DVM/PhD, JD/Ph.D.) study and research in the summer semester or academic year following the declaration of results. the nominating body; Note that only the Ph.D. part of a joint degree is eligible for funding.
