Eligibility Criteria For PhD Positions At Imperial College

Both international students and students from Imperial College London, UK are eligible for this opportunity. There is No NATIONALITY RESTRICTION.
Candidates must be one of the most successful in the undergraduate group, either because of their attainment or because of obtaining a First Class UK degree or equivalent.
Candidates with the qualification of standalone Master will have been able to obtain any distinction or where it has not yet been obtained, they will be able to provide evidence of high performance in which destination. (They must have a UK First Class Undergraduate Degree or equivalent (Integrated Masters which must be part of an undergraduate degree), e.g. MEng, MSci, M.Math, Admission is assessed as an undergraduate qualification.
Candidates with more than one standalone qualification must have obtained a distinction in relation to their Ph.D. studies.

Candidates with degrees from overseas institutions are urged to determine whether their scores/grades meet the relevant eligibility criteria.

Prior to applying, candidates must have approached a supervisor in an academic department at Imperial College London who has agreed to oversee their research project.
