Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Antares Reach grant, a business must fulfill the following requirements;
- Your business has a yearly income of less than $5 million.
- Must have proof of need for help.
- Possess a solid plan for the future.
- be a for-profit company run by people who identify as members of the New Majority (women, people of color, those with ties to the military, people with disabilities, or LGBTQ+), who make up the majority of its owners and/or operators (51%).
As of the beginning day of the Program Period, you (“Officer”) must fulfill all of the following requirements to be eligible to enter a business in the Program:

- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old (19 in AL and NE).
- A person who resides officially in one of the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or one of the fifty states.
- An entrepreneur serving as the head of a company that satisfies the following requirements for business, such as the founder and/or president, CEO, CFO, COO, or any other similar title.
As of the beginning day of the Program Period, you (“Entrant”) must fulfill all of the following requirements to be eligible to enter a business in the Program:

- Must have proof that they require funds to support their growth.
- possess a successful, recent product or service.
The Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winners, which may involve completing necessary paperwork and supplying proof of identity, address, and EIN/TIN, as well as ensuring that the Entrant is in good standing with the relevant secretary of state in which it was formed or incorporated. Moreover, participants might not be on the sanctions list maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Antares reach grant program Benefits
- The recipients will be awarded a $20,000 (USD) grant, to be used to get benefits in the business of Recipients.
- Award Recipients who complete a post-award report within six months of the initial grant payment will be eligible for an extra $5,000 (USD) unrestricted grant.
- The grant recipient will not lose any of the $20,000 if the post-grant report is not completed in the allotted time. In a similar vein, grantees will not be eligible for the extra $5,000 unless they submit the post-grant report within the stipulated time frame.
- Recognition on the Hello Alice, GEN, and/or Antares Capital platforms may be granted to each Grant Recipient.
- All relevant federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other fees and expenditures related to accepting and using a grant that is not listed in these Official Rules are the responsibility of each grant recipient.
