Eligibility Criteria For Malaysia Government Scholarship
Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) Scholarship applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants not more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
- For the master’s degree program, applicants must have at least a second-class upper (honors) or at least a CGPA of 3.0 at the undergraduate degree level.
- Scholars should study full-time for postgraduate programs at selected higher learning institutions (please see the list of universities).
- Proof of English language proficiency such as IELTS (minimum total score 6.0); a TOEFL paper-based test with a score of 500 or an Internet-based test with a score of 60.
OR
