The University of Luxembourg Scholarship 2027 – officially the Guillaume Dupaix International Excellence Scholarship – gives talented international Master’s students €11,258 per year for up to two years. Luxembourg is a small, rich European country with very low public university tuition, high salaries and a multilingual environment, which makes it a smart choice for students from Pakistan, India, Africa and South Asia.
