- Applicants must be nationals of a Commonwealth country.
- To apply for a Master’s degree scholarship, applicants must have an Undergraduate degree.
- There are no age restrictions or Upper age Limits.

The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship is fully funded for Master’s degree programs. Here is the list of available benefits that QECS covers;
